James Taylor - Publisher & Editor-in-Chief No, not the musician! James Taylor has a background in traditional art. He studied fine art and graphic design at schools in Michigan, Washington and Minnesota and under the guidance of some of the best in the business. James started his career in gallery and commission work and then entered the world of commercial art. Since 1997 he has worked in the Seattle area as a freelance graphic designer and comic book inker. His comic book work includes projects for various independent publishers including Penny Farthing Press, Ancient Studios, Finton Studios, Committed Comics, Digital Webbing, and Brainstorm Comics. Brian Meredith - Editor & Creator of the Modern Pulp Universe During the day, the mild-mannered retailer known as Brian Meredith owns and operates a succesful comic book store in the Seattle area. By night, He spends most of his time toiling away at creating and writing more stories than any man has a right to be doing, especially if he wishes to keep his sanity. And his hair. For the last couple of years, Brian has been diligently working at his own brand of comics (both online and for print) called Modern Pulp, a unique mix of traditional pulp and crime noir with a healthy dose of the supernatural and bizarre, all told with a modern twist.
